U.S. buyers: Your seller’s permit, where required, or applicable alternative business registration documentation, plus government-issued photo identification.
International buyers: Your company’s business registration documentation and passport.

Business verification and resale documentation serve different purposes. A business license or seller’s permit alone does not automatically establish a tax-free purchase. A completed resale certificate may also be needed for qualifying purchases for resale.

What Happens During an In-Person Appointment?

At our Gardena warehouse, you can browse and handpick garments category by category, with assistance from our team.

Inspect each piece for condition, sizing, fabric, graphics, and other details important to your customers. Vintage garments vary, so ask questions about individual items and pricing as you build your selection.

Customers who spend $700 or more on the Warehouse Floor may access our Vintage Showroom, which features some of our most exclusive and collectible pieces.

What Happens During a Remote Video Appointment?

Our team guides you through the inventory rack by rack over WhatsApp or FaceTime, helping you select merchandise without traveling to the warehouse.

Allow approximately two to five hours and make sure you can remain available throughout the appointment. Timing varies with the size of your selection.

The remote process follows six steps:

Select your pieces: Usually two to three hours, or longer if needed.
Review item pricing: Allow approximately 30–60 minutes.
Packing: Our team packs your selected merchandise, generally taking another 30–60 minutes.
Receive your invoice: We send the order total, including shipping costs.
Pay the remaining balance: Your $700 deposit is credited toward the purchase.
Shipment and tracking: We ship within 12–24 hours after balance payment and send your tracking number. Confirm the expected dispatch timing with our team when finalizing your order.

The shipment window refers to dispatch, not delivery time.

What Happens With a Bulk Order?

Bulk orders are suited to buyers who want our team to select merchandise according to agreed categories, grade, and pricing.

The minimum purchase is $2,500. A 30% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, and merchandise is not shipped or released until payment is received in full.

The deposit is not refundable in cash. If you cancel, 40% of the deposit is forfeited. The remaining 60% may be applied toward a new order placed within 30 days of cancellation.
